ดังนั้น ทางโรงพยาบาลฯ จึงขอแจ้งให้ผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษาพยาบาลในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าวได้รับทราบ หากท่านต้องการจะเก็บประวัติการรักษาพยาบาลของท่านไว้ กรุณาติดต่อขอคัดลอกสำเนาประวัติการรักษาพยาบาลได้ที่

This is about the medical document and related information of our patients between 1993 until December 2020, who did not receive any investigation or medical treatment at the hospital during the mentioned 5-year period for proper storage management.

Therefore, all patients during the specified period who prefer to keep their documents at Chiangmai Ram Hospital are kindly requested to inform us as soon as possible.
